What you will do

  • Coordinate crew recruitment and placement for maritime vessels ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage crew scheduling and rotations to optimize vessel operations and minimize downtime
  • Liaise with shipping agents and authorities to facilitate smooth crew changes and documentation
  • Maintain accurate crew records and update databases with certifications and training statuses
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide support for crew welfare and development
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maritime labor laws across all crewing activities
  • Collaborate with HR and training departments to address crew skill gaps and certification needs
