Role overview

Pantheion AI's Enterprise AI Suite is the commercial engine that generates recurring API subscription, workflow automation, and vertical RAG platform revenue across banking, healthcare, energy, legal, and government sectors in the GCC. As Enterprise AI Solutions Lead, you will own the full commercial cycle for enterprise clients — from solution design and proposal through to contract, deployment, and account expansion — while serving as the most technically credible voice in the room for clients evaluating Pantheion's platform.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process for Pantheion AI's commercial product suite — qualifying opportunities, leading solution design workshops, presenting proposals, and closing contracts with GCC enterprise clients
  • Develop deep expertise in Pantheion's enterprise product portfolio: API access, workflow automation, RAG knowledge platforms, and vertical AI solutions — and translate these capabilities into compelling value propositions for each target sector
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Pantheion AI's four target verticals: banking and financial services, healthcare and life sciences, energy and resources, and legal and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the foundation models and product engineering teams to design bespoke enterprise solutions — ensuring proposals are technically credible and commercially viable
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution for enterprise API subscriptions and multi-year workflow automation engagements
  • Manage post-sale client relationships — driving adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from Pantheion AI deployments
  • Build Pantheion AI's enterprise case study portfolio and reference client network across the GCC
  • Represent enterprise client requirements in internal product and roadmap discussions

Required qualifications

Domain knowledge

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales or solutions experience, with a strong track record closing $1M+ contracts in the GCC market
  • Deep familiarity with at least two of Pantheion's target verticals: banking, healthcare, energy, or legal and compliance
  • Technical fluency in AI and data — able to understand Pantheion's API architecture, RAG workflows, and LLM capabilities well enough to design solutions and handle technical objections
  • Established enterprise network across GCC decision-makers in technology, digital transformation, or AI procurement roles
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with or selling to GCC-regulated industries — understanding of local compliance and data sovereignty requirements

Preferred qualifications

Bonus domain experience

  • Prior experience selling AI, ML, or data platform solutions to enterprise clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar
  • Familiarity with large language model applications in vertical enterprise contexts (legal AI, clinical AI, financial AI)
  • Experience with API-first SaaS commercial models, developer platform monetization, or consumption-based pricing
  • Arabic native speaker with strong GCC business cultural fluency
  • Existing relationships with digital transformation or AI leads at GCC banks, healthcare systems, or national energy companies
