Own design end-to-end for your assigned product area, from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff. Design across multiple platforms (mobile apps, mobile web, desktop) serving millions of users across the GCC, with full RTL (Arabic) and LTR support. Translate business goals and user needs into clear, conversion-focused interfaces that perform. Partner closely with product owners and engineers to ship work that moves metrics, not just looks good. Contribute to and evolve our multi-brand design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across brands. Use data, analytics, and experimentation results to inform and iterate on your designs. Be part of a tight-knit design team that runs regular design critiques, where talented designers challenge and elevate each other’s work.
