Role overview

We are looking for a highly executional, performance-driven Senior Executive - Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across GCC markets, with a strong focus on KSA and UAE. This role sits under the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for hands-on campaign execution, optimization, testing, and revenue scaling across ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and deeply comfortable inside ad platforms.

What you will do

  • Build, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
  • Manage performance campaigns across all touchpoints (prospecting, retargeting, retention).
  • Monitor daily performance and take proactive optimization actions towards ROAS, COS, CPA and CR, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences and creatives to hit ROAS targets.
  • Create a tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establish KPIs.
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas. Test and optimize landing pages. Create traffic-driving (high relevancy) ads (managing both copywriting and visuals), and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with ecommerce team to align on targets, improve AOV and CR.
  • Use GA4 and platform data to identify funnel inefficiencies.
  • Manage allocated media budgets responsibly and efficiently, based on perforamnce trends.
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics on multiple datasets to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance (e.g., customer journey review), and swiftly execute approved suggestions.
  • Work with 3rd parties and harness the power of these relationships to facilitate both traffic and conversion growth.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, translating campaign data into clear growth opportunities.
  • Execute locally relevant performance campaigns for Ramadan, Eid, National Days and key cultural moments.
  • Adapt global creatives for Arabic-first audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Monitor creative performance across languages and markets.
