An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager - Pierchic to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Develop and implement strategic plans for signature dining outlets, aligning with overall F&B objectives and brand standards. Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction. Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, consistency, and innovation in menu offerings. Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards across all operations. Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Represent the signature dining division in executive meetings and contribute to property-wide strategic initiatives.
